These are just the concept sketches. I was thinking of making em into some kinda merch or maybe some comics. If there's enough interest, I prolly will, so let me know! =D I have more of them I can post later. It really doesn't take long to draw them and with the kitties in the house I never really run out of ideas.

Wow, all the votes have really motivated me to keep doing extra art. I'm coloring that megaman piece and will make it into a print soon. This time I've inked a fairly simple sketch that may also become a print:

I've gotten a lot of great feedback for the latest comic. Hehe, I'm such a fanboy.
The newest vote art is Megaman! :3 I've been meaning to draw Megaman for a long time. I think I'm going to keep posting art like this every few days.

I'll add some color to it soon.
In other news, I REALLY WANT SMASH BROS. BRAWL!!!!! >_< It's weird not owning a Wii, and it's taking a great feat of self control not to rush out and get one. So many games I want are finally out! XD Halo 3, Oblivion, Brawl, Metroid Prime 3, Twilight Princess... I've neglected them all. TT___TT Maybe this summer if the comics go well enough and I get settled somewhere,
Sooooo, how is it? :O Give me some reviews! I'm dying to play as Pit, Nes and JP!

Ok, I'm going full steam ahead with the comic now, but my situation hasn't really changed. I'm about $200 shy of my bills this month (that is, due March 1st! ^^;) because of a lot of added expenses with unexpectedly having to move again, and I don't want to flake out on the comic anymore. So, I'm going to try something new. Actually, a few things.

First: PL Traffic is still pretty awesome, but I'm going to see if I can boost it even higher by doing some of those voting sites and get PL to an even wider readership. I'll be doing a St. Patrick's Day image this month. You can be sure it'll be the cute and shiny goodness you've come to expect. I've never personally submitted PL to any other site before for advertising or listing or anything, so this is an experiment. I'll need help from everyone to make it work. To start, here's the listing on TWC:

When I submitted, I was around 7000 something by default. By the time I got the code to add that vote button, I was already around 900. Let's see how far we can take it. =)

Second: I'm opening the floodgates to (cringe) commissions. This is a very rare and limited thing. I'm only going to take on what I can handle, so jump on this if you want it. Just shoot me e mail (not comments) of what you have in mind and we'll work something out. If I respond with "I'm sorry, I'm totally full up" please be understanding. It's because I don't want to take your money and then not get the work done, I already have some pieces I need to do and I need to put the comics first. Again, I'm not sure how long I'll be doing this or when I'll do it again, so let me know if there's one you want.

Third: Of course support via the store and donation wallpapers is one of the best ways to help out. ALL of the store orders up to last weekend have been shipped, so if you ordered something, expected it any day.

Any donation amount grants access to all wallpapers! You can use paypal, or a debit/credit card.

I'm not putting out these requests because I'm greedy or begging, I doing it because I'm serious about this comic, and I'm going to do what it takes to make it happen from now on. Thank you guys so much for helping me get this far!

Anyone got some time to lend a hand with some RSS coding? I notice it's possible to aggregate a feed both to and from a livejournal. I'd like to do that, and I'd like to get the PL RSS started.

I can do the research and figure this out on my own, but I really want to avoid taking time away from drawing comics if I can.

Nekocon was awesome! Thanks everyone who hung out, bought stuff, or traded pokes! (Seriously, I got a ton of shinies, a charmander, bulbasaur, and squirtle, all of which have multiplied by like 20!)
I did forget to mention here that the new site has been implemented --though it's not quite finished. I still have some css to do to make it look a little better, and RSS feeds are breaking my brain. If you encounter any bugs, they will be temporary. Do let me know about em though. ^_^

You can now post comments directly under the newsposts at PL. =D Also, the comics will update on their own at midnight on Tuesday. (So, Wednesday updates). I've already uploaded enough comics to get us into December, so that covers the travel time. All I need to do is log in and post news --which is totally easy to do from the road, so I'll post as much as I can. ^_^ Anime USA is next up! Thanks everyone for being awesome!!

I'm just about ready to switch over to the new site design. It looks mostly the same but will run a lot better and have no filler art between comics. That will be in the gallery.

Bleh. Other than that, I feel like disappearing under a rock for a little bit. Happens every year around this time, though. I have done some more cool art.

Heading to Virginia/Maryland next week, will prolly be out there for about a month. Neko con next weekend. Next update should be Wednesday, and with any luck, I'll have the site rigged to keep updating on Wednesdays while I'm away. All I'll have to do is write occasional news updates.
